Host Your Event With Us

Enjoy exclusive access to our world-class greens and full clubhouse for your event. Perfect for corporate gatherings, reunions, celebrations, team-building days, or any large group looking for a unique, outdoor experience. Our volunteers will get your group rolling with lessons, guidance, and support throughout the day — no experience needed.

What's included?

  • Exclusive use of both greens (14 rinks, up to 112 players)

  • Outdoor seating, picnic tables, benches, and clubhouse access

  • Volunteers on hand to teach, guide, and score games

  • Licensed bar with a wide selection of beverages (club bartender provided)

  • Well-equipped kitchen and BBQ

  • Indoor space for up to 60 guests, plus outdoor seating for your group

  • Equipment & coaching included for all players

$1300 + GST &

$20 + GST /bowler

Rate Breakdown

before booking

  • $300 deposit (+ GST)

after booking

  • $1000 remaining (+ GST)

  • $20 / bowler (+ GST)

  • Other add-ons (bar, equipment)

Important Information

  • CLBC is a cashless club: payments accepted by credit/debit or e-transfer.​

  • Rentals are weather dependent.

  • All participants must sign a waiver before play.
